Types of data processed and purposes of processing

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users/visitors (e.g., IP address, domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the code indicating the status of the server’s response, type of browser, etc.). 2.1 General information about cookies

Gen Consulting FZCO uses MailChimp to send newsletters concerning internationalization toward the United Arab Emirates.
MailChimp makes it possible to see whether the recipient has opened the newsletter that was sent or whether the links in the email were clicked. Gen Consulting FZCO uses this information to understand which communications are of interest and, therefore, to improve the newsletter’s content.
